Morgan Smalley is not only a writer, but a drag king, actor, improvisor, and musician. Throughout college, she saw many of her ten-minute plays come alive in festivals all over the Washington DC area. Her first full-length play, Good Dogs, premiered in Lorton, Virginia as a full production. After graduating, Morgan made the cross-country trip to Los Angeles, where she soon won the HUMANITAS Prize for playwriting. The summer of 2023, her script, Red Tar appeared in the Play LA Summer Festival of Playwrights. Currently, she works on her debut fantasy novel, The Hubbub of Eternal Meats.
